Research On The Management Of Juvenile Delinquency

The juvenile is the future of the motherland. The healthy growth of juveniles is related to the stabilization of the society and the happiness of family. However, with the development of the society, the juvenile delinquency has become a serious social problem. In recent years, the juvenile delinquency has been put a great attention on by through our government because of the crime diversity and the increasing crime rates. With the building up of harmonious society and legal state, the appeal of juvenile management is much stronger than ever before. Along with this kind of situation,more and more people are putting attention on the delinquent juveniles.Their education and management is asked for higher level demands.Considering of the principal of “ introduction- analysis- solution”,the author was given these suggestions out about management problems for improving the quality of delinquent juveniles education. The essay has three parts.The first part introduces the conception of delinquent juvenile management. From the definition of juvenile delinquency till the conclusion of the characters of juvenile delinquency and the aim of education management,the essay is brought forward a very specific introduction.Meanwhile,the essay introduces the management experiences from abroad,and the management of Chinese delinquent juveniles education and management. In the second part, the author summaries the questions in juvenile education management and analyzes the reasons for the formation of the questions.Mainly analyzes the reasons like the simple way of management, the outmoded managerial ideology and the managers problems. The last part is the most important part. It points out some suggestions,taking full advantage of social resource to change the education management; advocating humanity management and modal innovation; advancing vocational education; improving managers’ managing quality; optimizing the structure of the organization. The essay not only solves the problems but also supposes that fully educating delinquent juveniles by various ways, carrying out the establishment of prison culture and enhancing themorality education.
