Compared with cities, the pressure on rural ageing, especially in the low level of economic development of rural areas, and the situation that people are old Before they became rich is serious, and old-age security pressure become more prominent. Countries and governments need to establish a suitable for China’s national conditions of the rural old-age security system, to solve the global problems of farmer endowment.Field investigation of Qiannuo found that rural areas endowment situation is not optimistic, the level of the endowment low. Due to the influence of urban and rural dual economic structure, insufficient the money government for rural endowment is insufficient, and the level of social old-age security is low. The pension organizations at the grass-roots level dominated by the village committee did not carry out their functions,it bring that rural elderly people lack the necessary health care services and recreational activities, and lack of old-age care service. The rural traditional family old-age security functions fade out, and Its performance is in various aspects, family size shrinking leaving their children’ burden heavily, the elderly pension self is weak, rural migrant workers in young adults make old people lack the necessary family care, young family traditional virtue concept gradually weakening, and the rural old-age security function of land declining.Those show us that the traditional family endowment already cannot satisfy the requirement of stable rural elderly old age pension. To improve rural endowment situation, we must be guided by the "healthy aging", continuously improve the level of the government pension guarantee, village committees and other grass-roots organizations must pay more attention to the village of pension problem, play a positive role in community endowment. At the same time, in this paper, with particular emphasis on rural areas according to local traditions, we should inherit and carry forward the tradition of family pension morality, pay attention to the propaganda and education on family virtues in the society, make a respect for the elderly, and promote the smooth development of the pension in China.
