Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Providing For The Aged In Rural Areas Of Jianchang Country

With the arrival of China's aging population,the problem of old-age pension has become an important social problem,and the problem of rural pension is particularly prominent.Through the case study,it is pointed out that the countermeasures to solve the rural old-age problem are of great significance to solve the rural old-age problem.Based on the data of the current situation of rural pension in Jianchang County,this paper analyzes the present situation and causes of rural pension,overall,Rural pension has a single way of pension,family pension function weakened,less social pension institutions,low occupancy rate,rural participation in old-age insurance awareness and other issues,combined with the local analysis of the causes of the existence of the problem,that is,Endowment old ideas;Children migrant workers for a long time,and have no time to care for the elderly;Farmers income level is low,unable to bear the social pension funds;The government's public welfare agencies less;Filial piety culture to promote the intensity is not enough to support the concept of dilution and so on.Combined with the reasons for the existence of rural pension problems,put forward the specific measures to solve the problem of pension in Jianchang County,mainly: Promote the culture of filial piety and enhance the maintenance consciousness;Establishment of Farmer Land Exit Mechanism to land for old age;To further strengthen and improve the rural old-age security and insurance system,to achieve full coverage of old-age insurance;Strengthening the Construction of Rural Social Old-age Service System;To realize the integration of urban and rural endowment;Improve the construction of rural medical service system.
