A Study On The Countermeasures Of Perfecting Government Information Publicity In Group Events

the occurrence,development and influence of mass incidents have close ties with the government information publicity. Mass incidents have exposed that there are serious defects in government information publicity, and then causes the loss of the government’s credibility. What’s more, negative impacts on social economy will be caused if the government doesn’t public information in time, or doesn’t do it at all. Because of that, the social harmony and stability,even the government image in the people could be hurt. To promote the research have important theoretical and practical significance about preventing and controlling mass incidents. The perfection of government information publicity will also be accelerated.This article takes government information publicity as a point of penetration, analyzes the causes for the defects of government information publicity. Utilizing the method of system and the method combining theory and practice firstly solves the restrict relationship between government information publicity and mass incidents, that is the first part of this article.The second part mainly reveals some information publicity laws,awareness,management system, and the influence of traditional ideology and culture, etc.The third part mainly summarizes the revelation of foreign government information publicity in mass incidents.The fourth part explains how to improve government information publicity in four perspectives : perfect legal system, strengthen the consciousness of publicity, improve the information management system, establish assessment and accountability system, thereby reducing the occurrence of mass incidents.Through the above research, this article intends to solve some problems in government information publicity, reduce the occurrence of mass incidents, perfect the government information publicity.
