Regional economic development mainly depends on the investment activities of the region, All external conditions constitute the investment environment of the region to carry out investment activities.Many factors influence the investment environment,In these factors,the rule of law environment is the most important.Because only the good rule of law environment to mark regional economic development activities fair in development and orderly promote to the investment activities of foreign investors.Guizhou province is a less developed province in our country inland.During the period of "twelve-five",The main measures of Guizhou development is accelerate the development,speed up the transformation,promote the stride across.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to "speed up the construction of the rule of law" in Guizhou,By the good law environment to absorb more foreign capital.The current rule of law environment in Guizhou province is generally good.But there are still many insufficienton on the rule of law environment,Such as "project of administrative licensing",’Improve foreign investment laws and regulations" and "To improve the efficiency of local government" need to strengthen and perfect.In this paper, based on the foreign investment law environment for the research in guizhou,In the region through questionnaire sampling survey 194 foreign enterprises.Collected through questionnaire,Analyzing the development of guizhou province foreign investment environment,find out and summarize the common problems in the aspect of the rule of law environment.In view of the existing problems,according to the requirement of The law construction,Puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the foreign investment law environment in guizhou and the corresponding constructive suggestions to vigorously in guizhou province foreign investment activities,More consolidate the foundation of the whole competition ability.
