Through the results of the survey statistics, judging from zhanyi of youth:there is a county level of the educators in good condition, but the educators at the county level under relatively passive and lag; County in the youth league to the group’s basic knowledge well, for the educators of identity; Cadres work innovation is not enough, the sense of responsibility is not strong, etc.Based on the analysis of the educators, zhanyi county, deficiency of the comprehensive survey results and working practice, the author puts forward, and youth league organizations under the county level shall, from the assessment and incentive system, attach importance to its construction, strengthen the centripetal force and change the communist youth league, change the traditional mode of the mobilization of youth cadres at the grass-roots level pageant employment system five aspects to improve the thinking and countermeasures of the educators at the county level.
