Since reform and opening up, along with our country’s industrialization and urbanization accelerates makes the countryside to cities in young adults.But at the same time they could not bring their parents live together in the workplace, lead to a large number of rural left-behind elderly and its serious pension problem.Especially in the current rapid growth of China’s population aging rate and put forward by the party’s 18th to promoting the construction of urban and rural social security system as a whole, actively cope with the aging of the population under the background of the rural left-behind elderly pension problems urgently need to be properly solved.In this paper it QingYuan area D village in rural left-behind old people, for example, by using the questionnaire method and interview method to the village investigate the actual situation of the left-behind elderly endowment, analysis, in order to find them in the current problems that exist in the pension and needs.And then through the intervention of social work service, explore the social work intervention paths, the problems in the rural left-behind elderly endowment related assistance and services for them, and then conclude reflection, in order to better improve the quality of life of these left-behind old man in his late years.This study is the social work intervention D village left-behind elderly pension problems are discussed in this paper and practice, and on how social work in the village left-behind elderly endowment to explore.This is not only to solve the problem of the village the old endowment has certain reference value, the localization of social work (rural) social work development also has certain positive role.
