| Faced with serious pension situation of old aged,empty-nested phenomenon,it’s important for rural areas of a lower social security level to deal with this trend.In the perspective of "positive aging",the paper promotes actively seeking changes on awareness and action of individuals,families and community,so that we can change the pension pressure into driving force for social development.In this paper,two questions will be solved.One is whether the concept "positive aging" can be applied in the rural pension practice at the moment,that is the analysis on the reality and feasibility.The other is the way for community work to intervene the practice of active rural pension.From the views of rural economy, ethics and political change,the paper concludes:the adjustment of rural labor force based on the engagement economics makes inter-generational income separated;with lower birth rate leading to the simplification of family structure and the development of investment,self-accumulation in independent pension can be possible;with the transformation of government functions and pension investment,it is the powerful complements of independent pension.The changes show that it is reasonable to follow the positive pension model in rural areas in line with Chinese characteristics of the changing history.Meanwhile,the paper will focus on analyses of the strategies for social worker to carry out community work from the perspective of three pillars of "health", "participation", "insurance" of positive aging.Firstly,it focus on the analyses that the work ethics and method of community work is fit to achieve the three concepts.Then the paper concludes the intervention strategies of social worker and proposes the advice:the premise is to cultivate and improve the personnel system of professional social work at grassroots level;the key point is to develop self-organization;the core is to retain local talent resources;the base is to advocate the improvement of policy. |
