The Influence Of Social Satisfaction On The Overall Happiness Of Landless Peasants

With the rapid improvement of urbanization process in our country, lots of mass peasants break away from depending on lands for existence and become land-lost peasants. After the transformation of farmer identity, they are encountered with a series of problems of social insurance, employment, social adaptation and happiness, and so on. They have already become one of important factors that impact sustainable and sound development and social harmonic stability in our economic society. The land-lost peasants have already become a widely extensive social hotspot.The study on land-lost peasants is contributed to integrating with social development theory, further enriches and develops the theory of land-lost peasants, provides social support for exploring social governance patterns, and provides theoretical reference for solving job placement, self-improvement encouragement and social security policy properly. At present, overseas scholars mainly study urbanization and citizenization of peasants from the social adaptiveness of international immigrants, pay attention to inspect influences of social structure and cultural tradition on immigrant citizenization, but seldom study adaptation of immigrants or floating population in an internal area. Domestic research mainly concentrates on the shallow status description and reason analysis, owing to complexity of land-lost peasants, but is lack of scientific empirical study and general and representative theoretical model study, and enables research achievements to have unclear realistic elaboration, poor feasibility for policy schemes, and shortage of humanistic care for the special groups of land-lost peasants. Based on the empirical study, the paper selects 500 land-lost peasants in three communities in the Chenggong District to do a questionnaire survey and interview 20 land-lost peasants with the purpose of investigating influences of land-lost peasants’ social satisfaction on the overall sense of happiness. Through questionnaires and interview results, a database is established to do statistical treatment and analysis. Based on it, the paper establishes influence system of land-lost peasants’ social satisfaction, analyzes the relation between objective material factors and satisfaction, as well as subjective material factors and satisfaction in theory, and finds that income safeguard, good or bad environment present a significant positive relation with pursuit for happy life, confidence and overall happiness. Self-identification plays an important role on promoting overall satisfaction. Social support plays a vital role on facilitating overall sense of happiness. The innovative points of the study include two points: One is the analysis in the breakthrough sensible level, establishes a theoretical model for establishing influences of social satisfaction on land-lost peasants’ overall happiness, and has a certain universality, representativeness and effectiveness, and solves the theoretical support for land-lost peasants within a larger range; Secondly, land-lost peasants will become important groups in the process of building a harmonious society and building a new socialist countryside, instead of realizing and studying developed “problems”. In additions, it is necessary to pay attention to the spiritual world and emotion. The development adaptation of land-lost peasants should be the ultimate embodiment of the development view—“People First”.
