As the extension of the Cold War in Europe, the Cold War in the Asian-Pacific region blends the one in Europe and their blend marks the final completion of the global Cold War. In order to meet the needs in the confrontation of the two camps in East Asia, the United States changed its policy toward Japanese and left Japan’s democratic reforms unfinished. The “San Francisco Peace Treaty” which was manipulated by American makes Asia Pacific international relations worse and also makes preparation for its interferences.
