Employment of university students in the basic process can be divided into three stages, namely: from practice to implement the "tripartite agreement" to the final signing of labor contracts, as competition to expand the size of the number of graduation and the job market is becoming more competitive, in various employment stages have suffered different degrees of agreement or contract disputes, employment disputes which not only damaged the legitimate rights and interests of employment, but also disrupted the job market for college graduates. Therefore, college students on how to reduce major contract dispute in the course of employment has become urgent attention and solve the problem,in order to achieve the goal of safeguarding the interests of students and to promote the employment of college graduates successful employment, this paper is based on this core issues analysis and discussion on research.Taking the employment of college students is an important contract for the study, use of literature from the college student internships, and labor and employment agreements signed with the three aspects of the relevant literature in order, we introduced the development of these three stages, and then use the case study the issues, described the lack of college students internship in personal injury and compensation disputes, disputes employment agreement due to unknown protocol as well as the nature and effect of duration of service and the adequacy of the agreed liquidated damages caused by the labor contract due to non-standard contracts, illegal agreement probation and social insurance disputes lead to disputes. Through analysis of these disputes, the study found the following main problems in the process of employment of college students major contracts: the legal nature of internships and employment agreements resulting in the implementation of the standard practice of fuzzy protocol differences; lack of expertise and employment agreements of special legislation; government and universities exist loopholes in the management and service internships, employment agreement system in the body, content and related provisions on the design and reality uncoordinated, mainly for the university as a subject more embarrassing employment agreement, the employment agreement are not careful, the lack of core terms and conditions; students in the labor contract in the absence of legal knowledge, lack of probation, breach of agreement and service awareness; professional guidance of college students ’employment rights in respect of inadequate maintenance and lack of relevance; lack of students’ employment dispute channels.To solve these problems, we propose concrete suggestions for improvement from legislation, policies and systems and the main aspects of employment, including: students in the course of employment contract clearly the nature of the agreement, the status of the implementation of a civil contract workers legal status and college students’ employment agreement; students will improve the employment process relevant contract system; the law to guide college students conclude and implement employment-related agreements and contracts; reasonable legal remedies set way to address students’ employment disputes and the like.
