With the broad participation of communitarian and the support of the CPC Central Committee, China’s philanthropy organizations obtain rapid development and played an active role in promoting economic and social development and transformation since the reform and opening up policy was adopted. Analyzing problems of the charity group’s supervision from several aspects, such as the regulatory body from multiple angles, the regulatory system, regulatory object, regulatory pathways and other regulatory legal:unclear regulatory body, the imperfect regulatory system and incomplete regulatory coverage object, over-simplified regulatory pathways and delay of regulatory legislation. And then summed up the advanced experience of the British and US governments philanthropy sector management, combined with our facts, we proposed to strengthen and improve the supervision of philanthropy organizations of public good suggestions, including:achieve specilized regulatory body, scientific regulatory system, socialization of the regulatory object, pluralism and the rule of law in the regulatory environment and other regulatory pathways. Consequently, the protection of the healthy growth and healthy development of our philanthropy philanthropy organizations will reshape themselves, creatively promoting the modernization of social governance.
