A Study On The Participation Of College-graduated Village Officials In Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Political Ecology

Political ecology is a necessary condition for the survival and development of political parties,and it is related to the rise and fall of political parties.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the government have attached great importance to the issue of political ecology,and have made significant progress in promoting the comprehensive and strict governance of the party to the rural grass-roots,and accumulated important experience.The rural grass-roots political ecology is a comprehensive reflection of the rural party style,political style and social atmosphere.It reflects the interaction between rural political subjects and the political environment.Its health is related to the effectiveness and foundation of the party's governance in the country and palys a fundamental role in the entire political system.A good political ecology in rural areas not only can gather together,accelerate development,and ensure stability,but also strengthen the strength of rural grass-roots party organizations and promote the building of rural grass-roots political power.As a reserve officer of party and government cadres,college-graduated village officials usually hold certain positions in the village committees.They play a role in promoting the optimization of rural grass-roots political ecology and modernization of governance and promoting rural social and economic development.They are the new force driving rural development.Taking the group of college-graduated village officials in southern Fujian as the research object,this paper analyzes the phenomenon of college-graduated village officials participating in rural grass-roots political ecology under the guidance of the basic principles of Marxism and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The study founds that the content of college-graduated village officials participating in the construction of rural grass-roots political in the south of Fujian include: grass-roots party building and building an uncorrupted government in the party style,grass-roots service and supervision in the political style,political propaganda and grass-roots autonomy in the socialist style.The participation of university student village officials in rural grass-roots political and ecological construction,from the external forces to rural grass-roots politics,will transform the work style of cadres and form a good party style;promote anti-corruption construction and build a clean government style;Promoting democratic supervision at the grass-roots level and purifying the social atmosphereplay an important role in creating a good rural grass-roots political ecology.However,rural grass-roots political and ecological construction is a systematic comprehensive project,and college students also have some difficulties in participating in grass-roots political and ecological construction.The dilemma of the identity of college students' village officials leads to their lack of participation,and the institutional mechanisms at the institutional level are not perfect,which makes it difficult for them to become the endogenous forces of rural grass-roots political construction.The social ethics of rural acquaintances and the social and cultural anomie of grass-roots have led to the college students' village officials.Participation in grass-roots political and ecological construction is in trouble.In order to solve these problems,the author puts forward measures to promote the participation of university student village officials in the grass-roots political and ecological construction,including the promotion of the political ability of the university officials in the main level,the improvement of the incentive mechanism for the university officials in the system level,and the expansion of the political participation channels of the university officials in the environmental level,finally achieve the purpose of the university student village officials to promote the political ecological optimization of rural grass-roots.
