Research On The Mechanism Of Government Information Disclosure In China From The Perspective Of Network Public Opinion Crisis

"The Government Information Disclosure Ordinance" promulgated to highlight our determination to country’s construction of transparent government and service-oriented government’s to promote the legalization of public administration,improving the government information disclosure mechanism in our country.The rise of the network reduced distance between the managers and government,which made the government information disclosure become possible,however,the network is a double-edged sword,Internet users to express public opinion demands,may inevitably lead to national policy or public opinion events biased understanding,triggering a series of network public opinion crisis.This paper uses the method of literature measurement,case analysis and satisfaction survey,beginning from the network public opinion crisis,selecting the recent representative of the network public opinion event: "Liu Tienan incident" and the train ticket cost fever,finding the loopholes of management,such as application channels are not smooth enough,lacking enough attention of network public opinion and the government website information is inconsistent,all of this show that our Information disclosure mechanism has some problems such as network public opinion is not mature,Information sharing opaquely among the government department,the lack of supervision of government departments.After reading a lot of literature,I combined with the current network public opinion crisis in the new situation under our country,start with the network of public opinion feedback mechanism,early warning mechanism and information sharing between government departments,the build of network public opinion theory and sharing Information among government sectors,puts forward some related suggestions,in order to improve our government public mechanism of government information provides some valuable ideas.
