Study On The Prevention Of Food Safety Behavior

Food safety is not only related to personal safety but also related to public safety,it is more important to a country or a nation in the future. The current China’s rural and urban fringe has become hazard food safety behavior of high incidence and the worst-hit areas.However, the majority of rural and urban areas is shouldering the product food raw materials (edible agricultural products) of duties, if the hazard food safety behavior in these areas can not get effective regulatory,it will be serious threat to food safety throughout the country.our government always great Emphasis on food safety issues,take a variety of measures to control hazard food safety behavior. But multiple and prone occur situation has not changed. In order to effectively control the hazard food safety behavior,the hazard food safety behavior as the research object,mainly studies the concealment of hazard food safety behavior of concept, performance, function, Form conditions and prevention measures.and base on evaluate governmental regulation measures in our country and reference to the management experience of developed countries, and puts forward suggestions of prevention.This study collected 422 sample of hazard food safety behavior,388 from the China judgments online (address:http://www.court.gov.cn/), and 34 non-judgment from the network news reports.In addition to the Laws department of State Food and Drug Administration and the the Jilin province Food and Drug Administration and other four units issued 5 questions "about how regulate department timely and effectively found all hazard food safety behavior".Then using qualitative and quantitative research, content analysis and other methods. The body of the text can be divided into three parts:the first part mainly introduces basic concepts,characteristics and the status of hazard food safety behavior,to define the object of study. The second part is the study concealment of hazard food safety behavior.
