On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In China From The Perspective Of People 's Livelihood

In The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the ecological civilization construction was incorporated into the economic, political, cultural, social and ecological construction “ Five-in-One” General layout of the development, the ecological civilization construction has increased to the height of the core strategy of the national long-term development, and from the perspective of the people’s livelihood, which the masses are most concerned about into further emphasizes the position and role of the ecological civilization construction. The report clearly pointed out that the ecological civilization construction is the well-being of the people, a matter of national long-term plan for the future and build a beautiful China, the ecological civilization construction must be in a prominent position to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Fifth Plenary Session of the eighteen Central Committee of the Communist Party of China first proposed "five development idea" which including the concept of "green development", which is the inevitable choice of the CPC Central Committee With Comrade Xi Jin ping as general secretary that continue to promote the ecological civilization construction, under the new situation for the benefit of the people and enhance for the well-being of the people.Ecological civilization is the symbol of harmony between man and nature, and it is the party’s deepening understanding of natural law and human development. Ecological civilization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a major proposition of material civilization, spiritual civilization, political civilization and social civilization to keep pace with, is an important part of the continuous development and improvement of the system of modern civilized society.This paper used literature research method, multi-disciplinary research method, comparative study method and theory and practice of combining method, based on Marxist theoretical achievements of ecological civilization, combing the historical context of the ecological civilization construction in China and the main achievements and problems for the benefit of people’s livelihood since the founding of China. From the perspective of people’s livelihood, in-depth analysis of the causes and Countermeasures of a series of problems caused by people’s livelihood, to further explore the path to coordination of ecological civilization construction, improvement and benefit of people’s livelihood.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part mainly expounds the background, purpose and significance, research contents and methods of the research, and summarizes the related problems of ecological civilization construction in domestic and foreign academic circles, and defines the interaction relationship between people’s livelihood, ecological civilization, essence and the construction of people’s livelihood and ecological civilization. The first chapter of the text from the people’s livelihood concept connotation and extension, the construction of ecological civilization, the basic connotation, theoretical basis, the relationship between the construction of ecological civilization and livelihood of the three aspects of the analysis. The second chapter analyzes the performance and reasons of ecological civilization construction in our country to solve the problem of people’s livelihood.The third chapter from the ecological civilization construction in China to further benefit the livelihood of the path selection and ecological civilization construction of the series of problems, from the ecological and economic construction, ecological and cultural construction, ecological environment, ecological construction, ecological system construction five aspects of the corresponding countermeasures. The fourth chapter summarizes the important role and significance of China’s ecological civilization construction to improve people’s livelihood, and the construction of ecological civilization and efforts to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream of the relationship and long-term strategic planning to do a positive outlook.
