Research On People’s Livelihood Problem In The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Under the background of construction of harmonious society, the livelihood problems become the social focus, and the relation between man and nature should be emphasized during the course of solving the livelihood problems. And this is not only one part of harmonious society, but also meaningful to the development of our future generations. This paper takes Inner Mongolia autonomous region as an example, and studies the livelihood problems under the perspective of ecological civilization. First of all, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research, the research conditions at home and abroad, the research content and research methods, and the innovation points. Secondly, this paper expounds the problems of livelihood problems and ecological civilization, the meaning, the development course of livelihood problems. The meaning, the features, and the meanings are all expounded. Also, this part elaborates the relationship between people’s livelihood and the ecological civilization. Thirdly, this paper points out the problems and the reasons. The problems include environmental pollution, the unscientific mode of economic growth, serious resource waste, bad food conditions, and etc. the reasons of the problems include the behind conditions of environment legislation, the lack of scientific development ideas, the missing of the government function of public service, and the lack of participation channels. Fourthly, this paper elaborates the problems of people’s livelihoods and the reasons of these problems of Inner Mongolia autonomous region. At last, this paper points out the principles, the development thought, and the specific measures. The specific measures include the construction of government management mode, the development of ecological economy, the cultivation of ecological culture, the reinforcement of ecological legislation, and the construction of ecological compensation mechanism.
