Although people’s living standards have been greatly improved, it is not easy for many ordinary families to buy a house in a big city. This has led many families into trouble, but this time a bank of personal housing loan business came into being, opened up a bright way to solve this dilemma.Individual housing loan business can bring a win-win for all parties, is a benign recognized low risk assets, but does not mean that such a benign assets is no risk, loan period often up to 20 to 30 years, and many uncertain factors, in this case, risk also tend to have a comprehensive, hysteresis, and great harm characteristics. Once the accumulation of individual housing loans, risk events once concentrated outbreak, commercial banks will be a catastrophic disaster. In 2008 the real estate credit business in a time of rapid development, the lender’s credit audit accidentally, the impact of the bank loan principal and interest to return to normal, and triggered a global financial crisis, lessons learned from the subprime mortgage crisis is still in my mind fresh.
