Research On The Right Of Discourse Of The Ruling Party In The New Media

Firmly grasping the ideological discourse is to consolidate the chinese communist Party’s ruling foundation and status, doing a good job in ideological work is always the key problem of our Party. The Chinese Communist Party has always been attached great importance to the construction of ideological discourse power in revolution,construction and reform of the various historical periods.With the development of the informationization, much attention has been paid to the ideological discourse problems, all kinds of ideological discourse collide fiercely, the Internet has become the main battlefield of ideology confrontation. In the new media era, The Chinese ruling Party must realize the extreme importance of ideology of work,and do well in the construction,communication and recognition of ideological discourse power.There is a close connection between the new media and the socialist ideological discourse power, the new media has become a powerful media in the modern society. This paper summarizes the importance and urgency of firmly mastering ideological discourse power to the ruling Party in the new media era,including Party’s construction,national security and image maintenance,social stability and people’s full development. On this basis,this paper analyzed the plight of ideological discourse that the ruling Party faces in the new media era,including the system of ideological discourse communication system and ideological discourse expression changed,some Party’s and government’s officials becoming alien and the lack of ideological education for adolescents,the actual effect of ideological education is weakened. To further explore the way to build the ruling Party’s ideological discourse power in the new media era. Mainly from speeding up the innovation of discourse communication system,effective conversion of discourse expression system,strengthening the focus groups’ideological education,and actively build the system of contemporary Chinese characteristic words to provide ideological source and theoretical basis for the ruling Party mastering ideological discourse power in the new media era.Currently,ideology’s field is very complex,and the fight becomes sharper than before,different cultures and ideologies influence,exchange and permeate more frequently. In the new media era and data environment,western countries ideological discourse power has been strengthen and enhanced in core communication and data network due to the unique advantages. The Western anti-China forces attempt to use the Internet to against China. Whether we can withstand and win on the ideological battlefield directly relations our country’s ideological security and political security. The general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that doing a good job in the new media is a long-term task. We must innovate the online publicity and use the rule of network propagation. Besides,we should develop and expand the main rhythm and stimulate positive energy,and attach great importance to cultivate and practice the socialist core values. What’s more,we should grasp the time,effect and extent of the online public opinions guidance to make the cyberspace become really clear up. New media has been highly involved in Chinese society and the life of people. If we do not occupy this new position, others of course will go. Only the ruling Party firmly grasping the mainstream ideological discourse power, so as to maintain social stability and ensure people live and work in peace and contentment.
