A Study On The Legal Problems Of Comprehensive Law Enforcement Of Tianjin Urban Management

Development comprehensive enforcement of law in city management plays an important role in improving the administrative law enforcement system and solving the problems of urban management.Early creation of comprehensive enforcement of law in city management system has achieved remarkable results.But with the continuous expansion of city, and the increasing mobility of personnel,the contradiction between comprehensive enforcement of law in city management personnel and the public is becoming more intensified,which makes law enforcement is much disputed.In the background of the reform of the administrative law enforcement system,the achievements of Tianjin city has developed rapidly. It was undeniably that many advantage of city management are reflected in the early development of city management comprehensive enforcement of law system.But with the speeding up of the urbanization of the city,the defects of this system have also surfaced.In order to constantly improve the comprehensive urban management law enforcement system in Tianjin, Tianjin Binhai New District, the first reform, the establishment of an integrated law enforcement team on the original basis, making the focus of law enforcement down,law enforcement radius is reduced.This initiative provides a good path to solve comprehensive enforcement of law in Tianjin city management. On this basis, it is try to put forward feasible solutions to improve the system of comprehensive urban management enforcement in Tianjin by analyzing shortcomings of Tianjin urban management comprehensive law enforcement,and strive in the order of urban management, comprehensive law enforcement efficiency and relative rights protectionThis paper is consists of three chapters.Firstly, The paper induction three kinds of mode of urban law enforcement and comprehensive combing the development and achievements of comprehensive enforcement of law in Tianjin management’s pattern; Secondly, on the basis of analysis of the statusquo,the paper point out that four aspects of deficiency in comprehensive enforcement of law in Tianjin management; Finally, the right protection as the core value, put forward the feasible advises for the Comprehensive enforcement of law in Tianjinmanagementandmake a preliminary study on its specific implementation.
