In order to improving the rural grassroots officer structure and stimulating rural economic development, the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of education and other departments jointly issued the file "on the establishment long-term mechanism opinion of hiring college graduates to the village work " and decided to work in other countries to carry out hiring college graduates to serve the village. So there appears a new floating and special group called "college-graduate village official". This policy has been serving for eight years, and has injected fresh blood and vitality to new the countryside, however it also accompanied by the emergence of many new problems, such as the state and local village official policy implementation issues, social prejudice of college graduate village official and college students village official insufficient recognition of their own position, especially on the problem of re- employment.College graduate Village Official tenure is 3 years, up to 2 duration; they need for a second career at the end of the tenure. Our government has published on “the establishment of hiring college graduates to the village office long-term mechanism to work opinions " documents, clear point out " five way” to re-work as: stay on village cadres, attend in civil servants, do autonomous employment independently, separate careers and continue to postgraduate study. However, the five way in different provinces has a different manifestations.Therefore, this thesis, in comparison with the Students village officials in Suqian current situation, has described special characteristics of the Yunnan ethnic. Draw a detailed analysis of the factors related with national characteristics of college students village official after the expiration of the employment options and features; and has carried on SWOT analysis on Yunnan Province college student village officials. From four aspects such as system establishment, policy implementation, social support and personal efforts to in-depth study of the effect of college graduate village official re employment. Puts forward related suggestions: improve the re-employment of the university student village official policy support policy, broaden the channels of employment of college students; increase the force of policy implementation, strict the quality of college graduate village official; strict evaluation mechanism, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of college students village official; combine various social forces supporting students village official business and re-employment; the use of mass media to publicity college graduate Village Official success stories, spread positive energy, encourage student village self-employed; to guide the village college students to establish a correct concept on employment, develop their own career planning, promote the construction of rural and lay the foundation of solving the work problem of the employment of college students.
