President Xi Jinping wrote a letter to the college-graduate village officer Zhang Guangxiu In 2014,Which grab attention from all the people in our country.It began to make us gradually realize that college-graduate village official play a huge role in the process of building new socialist rural areas.From year 1995 has early prototype,to now big scale,planned growing.Today,the college-graduate village official group has become a new force to build socialism new countryside and powerhouse,they already took root in the vast rural land struggle out a vast world belongs to themselves.At the same time,we should also recognize that college-graduate village officer has a period of 2 to 3 years contract,after the termination of contract,they have to face re-employment problem.Under this background,the research of college-graduate village official re-employment problem is very helpful to improve the college-graduate village official flow mechanism and plays an important role in cultivating talents on college student village official system.Taking Jilin province as an example,this paper the comprehensive use qualitative and quantitative research methods makes a deep analysis and discussion.In a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the present situation of college-graduate village official survival and development,through in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey methods analysis their expectation and preparation,and so on.To understand their way of re-employment,study their satisfaction degree of the re-employment policy implementation.Through such a series of in-depth study,understand the conditions of college-graduate village officers' re-employment and found some problems in it.Then by combining the related theory and realistic problem,we analyzing the reason,put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Through empirical research,this paper found that most of college-graduate village officers can be smooth realization re-employment after the expiration of the contract,but due to some reasons,such as too high expectations,the lack of planning and prepare.A number of college-graduates village officer can't achieve previous goals.Imperfect social environment and policies also makesthe college-graduate village officer faced with some confusion and many problems in the process of re-employment.In this case,the college-graduate village officer should have a clear positioning based on the theory of "career anchor" and reasonable choose jobs.In the village official term should take reasonable planning,improve autonomous learning ability.The government should also perfect the re-employment policy,improve the compensation,encourage diversified re-employment,maintain compatibility,continuity and stability of the policy.To sum up,college-graduate village officers' re-employment is a systematic project,only works together,forming resultant force,can we achieve the previous goals.
