A Study On The Socialization Of Community Prisoners

Community correction is an inevitable trend of the socialization of execution socialization, in order to achieve the re socialization of the community, the successful integration and return to the community as the goal. Based on the actual work, the author studies the problem of the socialization of the community serving personnel, which is divided into three parts:The first part is mainly of community inmates Socialization Problem of rational thinking: key to socialization of penalty execution, socialization theory as the breakthrough point, to the community inmates re socialization problems were analyzed.The second part is mainly from practice and combing community serving personnel management education status and analysis of community inmates re socialization process exist problems: including the doctrine of severe punishment and social control thought seriously, the management education tendency to replicate the prison correction, the folk and social organization participation degree is low, the power of professional social foundation is weak, laws and regulations imperfect.The third part mainly is the thinking of countermeasure to promote community inmates re socialization: focus on the update management idea, exploring aspects of the community sentences personnel management education methods, the cultivation of social organizations, improve laws and regulations etc. are discussed.
