| Based on the general description of the international and domestic study concerning the interaction between transportation and regional economical development, this paper analyzes the impact of highway construction project on regional technology progress, and probes intrinsic mechanism formed by highway construction project to regional economical development. And then, according to the principle that should be obeyed when we discuss the impact of highway construction project on regional economy, it presents the reason why it is indispensable to establish regional income distribution assessing index, and sets up a whole assessing index system for regional economical effect. Finally, combined with the actual data from Kai-Luo freeway, it analyzes and tests the effect of highway construction project on regional economical development. |
