| Basing on the analysis of and study on the related foreign theories of entrepreneur, this article has applied the relevant theories and methods of economics, and has also linked with the practice of entrepreneur mari agement since reforming and opening to outside , then it outlined the system of entrepreneur team formation. Consisting of four parts, the article has discussed the meaning, nature and function of entrepreneur, and probed into the mechanism of entrepreneur team. After analyzing the external environments and internal conditions that a entrepreneur team comes jib being it pointed out definitely that it is highly inevitable to form our own entrepreneur team during China's reform and economic development. |
