Countermeasures Research For China's Exports Have Been The Anti-dumping Issues

Along with the increasing saturation on international market, the international contradiction between dumping and anti-dumping is becoming more and more acute. Most countries have made and issued the rules of law to adjust the relationship of dumping and anti-dumping, named Anti-dumping Law. However, in some countries, especially in some developed countries, for the purpose of restricting import, the Anti-dumping Law is abused as the effective tool for trade protectionism. Our country is the one who suffered the most and deepest damages. The reasons that the products exported from our country are suffered with anti-dumping appeal in foreign countries include both subjective reasons and objective ones. The main objective reason is that some countries, especially the developed countries deviate from the basic principal of anti- dumping and take theAnui-dumping Lawas the tool for trade protection. On the other hand, there are many reasons in the subjectivity. It is the one among them that because of bad understanding and researching toAnti- dumping Law, while running into the appeal, we either do not respond to appeal or lose lawsuit for disadvantageous responding. The anti-dumping is the hotspot to cause trade friction between our country and European Economic Community, America and some other countries, and it will arise ceaselessly. It is expounded completely in this thesis that the basic problems on dumping and anti-dumping. Based on the research and analysis about the developing trend of anti-dumping in some typical countries and combined with the practice in China, I analyze and study the theme with important theory and practical significance in the aspect of dumping and anti-dumping so as to seek for the effective countermeasures to actively prevent and counterplea the anti-dumping appeat from foreign countries, to strength the work of responding to appeal, raise the emergency ability, and avoid and reduce the loss actively.
