On China's Technology Import Macro - Control

Nowadays , international technology transfer has become a main role in international economy and technology cooperation . By introducing sophisticated technology from abroad, developing countries can accelerate their economy and technology improvement . The fast economy development of Korea and Japan has proved these. By technology introduction , developing countries can shorten technology exploit cycle and lower the risk of utilizing new technology , and strengthen their technology competence . After 1 978,the amount of technology introduction increases rapidly , but practices demonstrate that technology introduction in our countty doesn't achieve ideal economic benefits . The reason is that China lacks a set of effective technology mechanism . Therefore setting up a series of effective technology introduction mechanism is an urgent problem in technology advancement in our country. Under these backgrounds , the paper has a discussion on the mechanism of technology introduction from macro viewpoint. The whole thesis consists of five chapters . Chapter 1 introduces the situation of technology introduction in our country, and tries to find out some barriers ; Chapter 2 has a discussion in basic theory on technology transfer; Chapter 3 studies the strategies about technology introduction, and suggests our country should adopt two kind of strategies . Chapter 4 talks about how to build up a set of effective technology introduction mechanism . and guides technology introduction to come into good cycle process Chapter 5 builds up a set of evaluation system about technology introduction.
