The Chinese security market has made great contribution to the China's rapid economic increment during the past twenty years, especially for the collection of capital for the large and medium sized state-owned enterprises, and for the development of base and hopeful industries. But up till now, the former unilateral function orientation has revealed its limitation. Because the Chinese stock market is also an important component of the whole economy, its function should be expanded and upgraded with the development of economy. At present, China has entered a new period, which is characterized by imbalance. As the present imbalance is very different to the former imbalance: the produce elements can not flow freely in the Nation Income flowage; the imbalance exists between various industries and in the same industry. So this paper believe that the former solution by the methods of increasing the capital input is mot effective, and mow China should concentrate on the upgrade of the structure of the whole economy. Under the background mentioned above, this paper puts forward that the Chinese security market should achieve the function of disposition of produce .elements, such as keep the support and demand of capital in balance; upgrade the industry structure;. adjust the macro economy. As for the problepi in the adjustment of the increment of input and existing capital, this paper also brings forward some corresponding countermeasures. Especially, since the knowledge- based economy is also very important to the China's economy development, but the traditional methods of collecting capital can not promote it efficiently, this paper suggests that the Chinese security market should also prompte the 4evelopment of knowledge-based economy, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures too.
