Study On Development Status And Countermeasures Of China's Security

Currently, the Chinese Security Companies are in a period marked by opportunities and Challenges. How to Correctly evaluate the Currect situation? Which strategic approach to adopt? All these problems have become the major concern of the Security Corporation. This thesis presents a brief study? on this issue. The Chinese Security Comparies Can be divided into two categories: the specialized security Institutions and the Comprehesive Security Institutions. The structure which is represented by the leading Major Companies and fall developed small Comparies, has been established after ten years development. The development involved the thriving period and the redistribution period, and the security Companies have played a major role in the success of Chinese security market. This thesis also brings a study on the causes of the problems faced by these Companies. This thesis forward the approach and idea for the further thrive of the security Company, that is, the internationatization of the big companies and specialization of the small companies. In regard to the problems invelved in the development, this thesis emphasizes the strategic plan on the three aspects of scale expension, business innovation and personnel development and recated approaches. This thesis is intended to formulate the frame for security Companies further development. All the ideas presented by this thesis will be useful advice on the security Companies development.
