Facing to a more intense competition in the global market, enterprises must self-innovate to survive an ever-changing environment, either internal or external. Change is the eternal theme of a company. Corporate culture, not merely as a supporting factor of a company strategy but as the important part of the origins from which a enterprise strategic changes, should be used to coordinate all the resources to gain the sustained competitive advantage. Combining the corporate culture closely with strategic change and management, this thesis put forward and discussed a new idea of corporate culture TORMING MODE?over the strategic change. Actually, the mode is a systematic analysis of the corporate culture change. The outer reach of the Storm is a one-by-one analysis of the macro, middle and micro competition environment for a company, and a conclusion is reached that the three major concerns, i.e., CORPORATION COMPETITION and CHANGE, should be coordinated with CORPORATE CULTURE (4C PRINCIPAL). In the inner reach of the Storm, we can find not only an in-depth study of the sources of strategy competitive advantages, but also an analysis of various origins of structure, know-hows and culture; their significance and influence on strategies; and the mechanism which produces strategy competitive advantages. In raising the idea of torming eye? the thesis discusses the leadership in the corporate culture change, probing into leadership of various types and qualities and their tremendous significance on propelling the success of the change. The thesis also includes a practical mode for corporate culture transformation, i.e., wareness, Belief, Conduct, Result?and 揟eam Mode? They are not only theoretically integral, but also easy to work in actual operation. In the last part of the thesis, there is a sum-up of the cultural tracts over management know-hows, and the importance of cultural coordination is further emphasized.
