Laboratory Quality Assurance System, The Establishment Of Research

The thesis just contrapose the status of national legal metrology technology institutes, analyzes the problems existed in them, combine variety of national & international metrology test system with desire of international standard ISO/IEC guide 25 and IS010012, explore the way and mode of development of metrology technology institutes,and put forward establishing an quality assurance system of test/calibration lab which according with the demand of international standard and adapting to the situation of country.Through the example that Dalian metrology test & calibration institute establish an quality assurance system according with condition of state test/calibrate lab certificate, as well as the prospect for lab in future, the thesis make out that lab is controlled by ISO/IEC guide 25 only, constituted three systems (organize system, function system and resourceensure & supervise system), carried quality management into execution, Lab's famous and credit in society will be improved really and its competitive ability will be increased. In order to meet the development of socialism market economy and needs of being synchronized with international practice as soon as possible.The lab dealt with thesis means the technological institution under taking metrology verification, test and calibration task.
