Socialist Market Economy And The Building Of Professional Ethics

Profession moral problems of today is studied in this paper. Professional life is one?s principal action and professional moral is a sort of role morality highly socialized. It reflects the moral situation especially in modern society. In the process of the socialistic market economy?s building and developing, how to see and promote the changing moral situation in the areas of politics, economy and culture is a critical question not only for ethics, but also for socialistic value and market economy抯 efficiency. The paper is composed of 4 chapters. In chapter 1, the problems of moral area and its effects is analyzed. The author discusses the emergency and important leaning of profession moral抯 building. In chapter 2, the observation is made on the development of profession and its moral sense.Social economy system affects profession ? moral deeply. Market system brings double?headed influence to professional action. In chapter 3, the author states the principles to deal rith profession moral with Marx?s ethical theory. There are three: action梑ased, mass條aunched and scientific recognition. 憇erve for people?is the soul of our socialistic profession moral. In chapter 4, based on the experience of our moral action after reformation, the author points out two important N profession moral: power moral and business moral. After that, three ways were reserched to construct profession moral: code�'onstruction, education�'onsummated and social contral.
