In the rapid development time of the present science and technology, computer has been widely used in various aspects of life and played an important role. However, taking advantages of job convenience and proficiency in computer operating skill, parts of computer technicians ignored the moral constraint and chased their own interests, which gave a rise to the inevitable occurrence of numerous negative effects in the application of computer technology. On account of the particularity of computer technology, professional ethics construction of computer technicians has stirred the attention from society and supervision department. Some associations and organizations combined with few experts point out the construction importance of professional code of ethics for computer technicians. They put forward that computer technicians must obey this ethics code and be regulated. Reach found numerous problems. In reality the norm is not sound in construction of professional ethic. The acceptation of professional ethic traps in a dilemma. And credibility of computer technician is sinking in the scale. Professional ethic education carries little weight. As for the reasons, it mainly expresses for the insufficient supervision enforcement, short professional ethic education and lacking consciousness of self-regulation.In this situation, it is proposed in my paper that accompanied by the reinforcement of supervision enforcement in vocation, education and cultivation of professional ethic should be paid more attention. In addition to the enhancement of consciousness of self-regulation, construction of professional ethic for computer technicians would better switch from heteronomy to autonomy.In conclusion, the building of professional ethic for computer technicians has become an important segment of civil moral construction.Only do we accelerate the construction speed of professional ethic, perfect the content of professional ethic’s standard and improve the moral level for computer technicians on the whole, the public trust in computer vocation will be regained. Normalizing the legal operation of computer technology and boosting the rapid development of computer industry will advance the professional ethic in the whole society and realize the goal of harmonious socialist society.
