The Modern Citizen Rule Of Law Education

The Rule-of-Law education and law construction are closely related to each other. And in recent years, policymakers and law practitioners have attached importance to the education of the Rule of Law and begun to inquire into the nature of it. Therefore, it is necessary for law professionals to explore this issue. This article, based on analysis of Chinese people抯 present legal consciousness, meets the need of legal system modernization. It investigates the historical necessity for the innovation and regeneration of contemporary civil legal education. It also discusses the connotation of the modem Rule-of-Law education, its status in the legal system modernization, and its relationship with the modem society. In addition, this article further studies the principles of modern Rule-of-Law education and its training objectives, especially its content and means of implementation. The writer hopes this article will benefit the progress and modernization of our Rule-of-Law construction.
