Guangdong Science And Technology Modernization Comprehensive Evaluation Index System Of The Establishment And Empirical Research

As crystallization of human wisdom, since and technology is a tremendous revolutionary propelling force in the history. Resulting from human understanding of the nature, it directly drives the wheels of human history. Science and technology, as the primary productive force, has been widely applied into all the factors, arousing qualitative changes at different levels in laborer, tool of labor, and subject of labor, eventually giving a multiplier effect to all the facts of productive forces. Based on science and technology modernization, we set up a comprehensive apprising indicator system. Firstly we analysis and research science and technology activity. Secondly we survey the degree of science and technology modernization and difference with other provinces in Guangdong province. Finally we put forward some suggestion. The whole paper falls into seven parts as follows: Part one: Define the concept of Science and Technology Modernization. Part two: Set up a comprehensive science and technology indicator system. Part three: Briefly introduce three methods which apprise indicator system. Part four: Conduct demonstration analyse for science and technology modernization course in Guangdong province. Part five: Determine science and technology advancement contribution of industry economy in Guangdong and scale the effect of science and technology. Part six: Analysis actuality and problems of science and technology in Guangdong province. Part seven: Aiming at problems we put forward some measures.
