With the development of society,government departments play a more and more important role in the country development and construction.And with the improvement of people's awareness,more people are paying attention to the behavior of the government and the quality of government work has gradually been supervised by all sectors of society.The government performance appraisal has emerged as a concept to quantify the work and administrative effectiveness of various government departments.The inspection and verification work is a branch of the government performance appraisal.It is to supervise the progress of various government works by means of regularly checking them according the indicators,which are defined at the beginning of the year.At the end of the year,government officials will summarize and analyze the results.Based on the above background,this paper aims to design and implement a data analysis system for government inspection and verification.The system is divided into two parts,the server and the app.It includes project management,verification task management and verification result statistics for supporting the progress of the inspection and verification work.At the same time,in order to ensure the advanced and scientific of the system so that to further improve the efficiency of the inspection and verification work,the system combines the popularity of index among the network to provide the index recommendation function based on the Louvain algorithm in the initial part of project creation.And then,the paper use the historical data in the system realizes an intelligent matching function based on the TOPSIS comprehensive scoring method.First of all,this paper describes the research background and significance of the system.And then,it investigates and analyzes the related technologies involved in the design and implementation process to prove the feasibility of the system.After that,the paper lists its application scenarios according to the business process of the government inspection and verification to analyze the requirements.For the key problems of the system,this paper first extracts the keywords in indicators and obtains the popularity of the indicators.The Louvain algorithm was used to recommend the indicators.Finally,it was displayed in a visual way.Then,based on the historical data of the inspection and verification,this paper provides an intelligent matching function to match the verification point and the person.Next,the paper gives the overall design and detailed design of the system and realizes a pretty complete system.Through a series of functions and performance tests,the system is finished.Finally,the article summarizes the system and looks forward to the future research direction.
