To enterprises, they can know their own advantage and shortage and corresponding strategy that should be taken. To country, it can obtain referenze gist about trade regrouping and resource optimal collocation by competitiveness?analysis and evaluation. Enterprises evaluation aiming at promoting and ameliorating enterprises?competitiveness has been increasingly attached importance to by USA Japan and Europe since 1980, which redounding to enhance enterprises?capacities acclimatizing themselves to international market and participating in world economic tussle. Our enterprise evaluation starts late and begins with enterprise economic benefit evaluation. However, enterprise competitiveness evaluation is much different from enterprise economic benefit evaluation in evaluation object and evaluation content. The literature and production that expatiates on enterprise competitiveness evaluation perfectly and systematically is absent and especially the study on structure system of industrial enterprise competitiveness and evaluation means is vacant. So the industrial enterprise competitiveness evaluation is a new domain which is worth studying for practice need and theoretic exploration. Enterprise must know market before it participates in competitiveness. So, at first, this paper introduces the character of the market, the product, the production mode and the production course of 21 th century. Subsequently, the paper sums up the diathesis of enterprises that accommodate themselves to future market. All these lay a foundation for competitiveness analysis and evabiation. Second, we analyze eight composing factors of enterprise competitive capacity in detail from enterprise product, service and enterprise culture aspects, that is product function, quality, price, environmental protection, time to market, service, brand and corporate identity (Cl) and sum up corresponding evaluation index and advance the structure of enterprise competitiveness. Third, we discuss the purpose, content and overall thinking for evaluating enterprise competitive capacity and put forward the method for screening out indexes and setting up index system. Aiming at the subjectivity of enterprise competitive capacity evaluation in a certain extent, we discuss the method by which the quantitative evaluating model of enterprise competitive capacity is built up by applying the theory of fuzzy math. The model can evaluate puantitativel the enterprise competitive capacity. The absolute competitive capacity and e1ativc competitive capacity of enterprise is also available by this model. Forth, we study qualitatively the way by which the sort order of eight factors of competitive capacity is fixed on by using the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluating model, the theory of impact curse and cost curse and the hierarchy of competitive capacity. We also study the method by which the feeble factors that influence the competitive capacity greatly are found out by using the theory in above. All these provide the theory gist for the establishment of competitive stratagem. Finally, we discuss deeply the methods and strategies how to facilitate and improve competitive capacity.
