21st century is anera of knowledge economy, High---Tech Companies are important carrier of knowledge economy, so they are developing objects of many countries. High---Tech Companies require advance technique, as the term suggests. But the company which has advance technique is not sure to stand or develop continuously in intense competition market environment. Many companies which have advance technique have gone bankrupt, at the same time, there are lots of prominent many High---Tech companies. such as Intel, IBM, Microsoft, Legend and Haier. According to our analysis, successful High---Tech companies have not only advance technique, but also developed remarkable marketing. At present, our High-Tech companies have many questions such as: laying stress on technique, neglecting management, knowing little about High-Tech product marketing. Many High-Tech companies even believe that technique innovation is all of the things. They are hardly realized that only technique plus marketing can they achieve success. High-Tech companies need marketing, what is more, the marketing concept, pattern, method are different from that of the traditional company. In this article. I firstly simply introduce the development of the marketing theory and some new marketing pattern, methods. they are also the basis of High-Tech companies marketing. Secondly, I expound the particularities of High-Tech companies through the aspects of market, product, place and promotion, attempt to classify the demand character and market entering ramparts, inquire into the developing orientation of High-Tech product and the issues of R&D and marketing interface management in developing process, deeply study the place and promotion of High-Tech product, and sum up some new marketing place models and promotion strategy models. Lastly, I illustrate with example for innovation of High-Tech company marketing and its importance in competition.
