Township enterprise has become the driving force of the company, and represent significant contribution to our socialist market economy. It's further development will be important to our national economical growth target. Jiangsu JR Group Company is a large township enterprise. After several years of high growth, like many of its peers, it is now in a stage of stagnation. In addition to external competitive factors, its internal system, especially those incentive system, has become the bottleneck of its development. Jiangsu JR Group's incentive system has been analyzed. Based on research of its current system, analyzing their current problems and discussing related theory, the JR Group Company's incentive system has been redesigned. First of all, JR Group's HR system has been analyzed, and it was discovered that the current HR system cannot meet the company's growing demand. It is concluded that the JR Group Company's incentive system cannot attract external elite to join, and cannot motive the internal staff. It must be redesigned. Secondly, A survey was conducted with the focus on the incentive techniques: salary, bonus, pension, motivational training. The survey include a series of questionnaires, detailed analyzed the implementation results of JR Group Company's current incentive system, explaining its deficiencies, and providing facts and evidence for redesign. Then, combining traditional and modern motivational theory, different groups were analyzed, and conclude: there should be different incentive focus on different people in the redesign of JR Group incentive system. Then, based on the above research, JR Group incelltive system. hasbeen redesigned to: for the management grouP, the main content of theincentive system is stocks and stOck options; for the staffing grouP, themain content of the incentive system is cash.Lastly, the feasibility analysis has been pefformed after the redesignof the incentive system. It is concluded that under current condition, thenew system will create strong motivational effect to m GrouP. Theresearch can also provide references to other township enterprises undersimilar environment.
