At the end of 2000, Internet industry melted down worldwide. One reason is that management system cannot keep pace with business development. It is common in other new and developing industries. Internet industry would not be an exception. Nowadays, it is recognized that Human Capital is a more valuable resource in the modern enterprise than Material Capital and Financial Capital. When investors withdraw from Internet industry, Human Resources become the unique resource in the Internet industry that emphasizes the 揾uman? management. Therefore, Internet companies should establish a comprehensive employee抯 compensation & benefits (C&B) system that is an important element of HR management. On the basis of staff C&B system within Internet industry, this article analyses salary scheme, staff short-term and long-term incentive plans and benefits plan in detail. It provides an important reference when we study the burst-up of Internet industry.
