This paper aims at the discussion of the important effect which technological innovation plays on the economic development, the characteristics of different technological innovation, and compares the ability of market rival which different technological innovation produce and the ability which different technological innovation produce knowledge-capital. China, like other developing countries, has scarce capital, and its level of technology is poor. Moreover, they have typical dualism: few corporations are prior, but most of their corporations are behind those of developed countries in the world. In order to make themselves into abundant and energetic countries, they must choose a formula of technological innovation which is suit to their development: few prior corporations should choose first-innovation which can keep them prior to others, and most of their corporations should choose imitated-innovation which can make them into developed countries.
