Transnational corporation (TNC) is the major undertaker of technological innovation all over the world. The developing country transnational corporations (investing from developing country, DG TNCs) rise rapidly in recent years and become the very active part of international economics. There are great differences between DG TNCs and the transnational corporations of developed country (DC TNCs) in technological innovation field. Discuss how to establish the technological innovation pattern of DG TNCs have very strong theoretic and realistic meaning.The research of this dissertation is mainly to solve following few problems: First, what are the influences of DG TNCs the different technological innovation pattern of place country and estate that to affect the transnational corporation of developing country. Second, what is the dynamic technological innovation pattern of DG TNCs. Third, how does DG TNC develop technological innovation management with "learning" for core. Forth, find some principles of technological innovation pattern according to Chinese TNCs actual condition.This dissertation has established the analysis frame of the DG TNCs technological innovation pattern, detail as follows:Explain meaning and the purpose of dissertation research. ( 4 ) have put forward the technological innovation models of "technological & marketing coupling model", "backward integrated model" ,"systems integration & networking model" of DG TNCs. ( 5 )Distinguish the specific learning way of DG TNCs technological innovation management, and analyze the innovation learning effect of developing country, developed countries and china TNCs with DEA.( 6 ) Point out the problems of Chinese transnational corporation technological innovation pattern, and give out the countermeasure and suggestions.
