Integrated Assessment Of The Risk Of Investment Research

The venture investment, as a catalyst of promoting high-tech industry, is significant for it being able to adapt to the economic regularity of the development of high-tech industry and create new types of high-tech industries. While it has 40-year histories, the venture investment is a newborn in China. Compared with western countries, our venture investment is just beginning, so it should be called Semi-Venture Investment. The method to estimate it is much backward than western countries and as a result it hampers heavily the development of our venture investment industry. Inheriting some western countries'advanced experiments, this paper analyzes the characters of venture investment and the specificity of our own venture investment, probes the factors which make the investment complex, and presents a method of analyzing the investment of different industries and different stages of an investment based on aggregated analysis and selected analysis. Through above discussions, the paper constructs a comprehensive system of estimating venture investment which fits for the Chinese situation, and solves the problem how to process the system in to electronic one.
