From 1980's, with the promptly progressing of information technique and computer network, the economic system and our value concept, which we had familiar known have been changed rapidly. Holding and using network tools to boost the business's trade is increasingly become the necessary condition to win the strategy goals in the future. Under this precondition, this thesis intends to adopt the methods of positive analysis, comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis to probe into some problems such as how the small business using advanced tools of Hi-Tec and keeping development in the network era from point of marketing view.The thesis commences its argumentation from the necessity of developing cyber-marketing of small business. Thereunder the principle of combining theories with practices,the paper present a thorough discussion on enterprise's feasibility developing cyber-marketing, and some primary tactics on running it. After that, the thesis indicated that with the coming of network age, small businesses obtain a well-given opportunity for their development. Running their business by taking advantages of the network, trying to develop cyber-marketing, is one of best ways to win the competitive predominance and get spanning progress. The paper is divided into three parts:Part one: Explaining the background of the thesis and its structure. Explicating the difference between cyber-marketing and traditional popular marketing,and the chief influence to enterprises who carry out cyber-marketing. The part include the beginning three characters.Part two: Include the fourth and fifth characters. Analyzing the necessity and feasibility of small businesses to develop online Marketing. Part three:From sixth to tenth character. Studying some tactics on cyber-marketing. Finally the paper gives a model,which has four steps for small businesses to expansion cyber-marketing, it is the also original idea in the thesis. This part blended into my job experience,and I believe it has some value guidance.
