Difficulties And Countermeasures. "number One" Supervised Study

Taking the Marxist party抯 construction principle theory as the guideline, applying the researching method of the theory integrating the practice, this thesis probe the meanings and status quo of the chief leader抯 supervision, and analyze the reason of difficulty in supervising them, and set forth the necessity and strategic advice of the chief leader抯 supervision. The thesis contains three parts: Part one, first, starting with the analyzing the status and the role of the chief leaders, the author discusses the significance and necessity of the supervision. Second, the author analyzes the supervision抯 status quo from six aspects, such as supervision抯 atmosphere, acceptance psychology, the way, the institution, organization and the purpose. Part two, first, this thesis analyzes the themselves?effect to the chief leader抯 supervision from the point of view of Sociology and Economics. Second, this thesis analyzes the effect of politics institution. Part three, first, the author theoretically analyzes the necessity of the supervision抯 enhancement. Second, the author put forward the countermeasure to the supervising the chief leaders.
