As the world's economy is developing towards globalization, the enterprise faces a social and cultural environment, which is featured by multiplicity, complexity and continuous change. The producers and managers of enterprise has limited ability to adapt themselves to the continuous developments of production technology and diversified consumers. This requires sustained development of human resources. Training is the essential way and the essence of developing human resources. It is of great significance to make a study on the state-owned enterprise training management for the effective development of llLlrnan resources in the state-owned enterprise. This paper first deal with the essential content of human resources, then analysis is made of the existing problems and causes in state-owned enterprise training management. Counter-measures are proposed for training management by way of comparative and case study method. It is hoped the proposed counter-measure for training management in state-owned enterprise will be of help to enterprise training management practice so that the enterprise human resource can face the challenge at the time of knowledge economy. |
