Reform Of The Institutions Studied

This article consists of three sections. The first section defines the concept of institution and the implication of institution reform, introduces the significance of the research. The second section is one of the focal point of the research, which reviews the history of institution reform, summarizes the main achievement of institution reform, searches and analyses the main problem of institution reform. The third section is the heart of the research, which sets up the institution system, seeks the movement law of institution reform, establishes modem institution regime and draws inspirations and lessons from public institutions reform of developed countries and localities.
