With investigation and analysis of an R&D-intensified comp醤y桮uilin Reecat Co. and other enterprises home and abroad of similarity, this paper compares development modes of R&D-intensified companies in China and the U.S. The author also analyzes the external factors for R&D-intensified companies. With discussion of a commercialization case of an R&D project in China, a new R&D management mode 桼&D Cycle is addressed. |
