With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, urban land use is in the transitional period from extensive growth to intensive growth with the low level of intensified urban land use, irrational structure, disordered function layout in most of towns. Therefore, exploring the way of intensified urban land use plays an important role in changing traditional ideas and accelerating the urban sustainable development.On the base of the advanced theories, research methods from home and abroad and Field Survey, the paper makes an in-depth research in the connotation of intensified urban land use, the technology line, the research methods and the countermeasures from the theory and reality angles by collecting much information.
