| With rapid development of science and technology, information is being the decisive power of development of human society. The process of social informatization has made profound influence on modes of producing, living and thinking of modem community. It has made informatization activities more frequent and informatization relationship more complex, that initiated amount of contradictions of informatization construction, challenging traditional laws and institutions and put forward new subjects on construction of socialistic laws and regulations. Based on analysis of present status of informatization and its law construction in our country, this thesis discusses measures to reinforce the socialistic law construction of informatization. |
